SAP Expert Customer Service (CS) (f/m/d)
Your new challenge
Lead the business solution design and architecture based on functional business process requirements and specifications. Communicate and advocate defined solution design and architecture to Business Process Management and Application & Development Teams; analyze technology and IT industry trends for best-in-class business solutions and applications. Provide technical specification support to develop, customize and implement business solutions. Drive the unit testing and quality assurance of solution enhancements/changes to ensure robust and seamless business solutions. Mitigate risk of business interruption of changes applied in business solutions and applications. Strengthen and support the rollout of the SAP system resp. corresponding business applications as a back-office service. Coordinate approved change request backlog with Application & Development teams. Create technical documentation of solution design and architecture. Ensure hand-over of released business solution/application to the RUN organization; provide 3rd level support to RUN organization.
What we ask for
Education in computer science, data engineering or mechanical engineering. SAP application - 5years+ experience in the implementation and operation of the sales & customer-service modules (including customizing). Proven technical and architecture expertise in large SAP centric installations. Structured, reliable and independent way of working in a matrix organization. Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage. Willingness to travel (20-40%).
